Service Description
Elevate your operational readiness with Applied Combat Systems (ACS), an intensive two-day program designed for the proficient shooter ready to master advanced firearm manipulation and tactical application in dynamic environments. This course pushes beyond static range work, immersing you in integrated scenarios that demand precision, adaptability, and teamwork. Course Prerequisites: Students must demonstrate a strong understanding of safe weapon manipulation with both carbine and pistol (e.g., successful completion of an intermediate carbine/pistol course or equivalent experience). Day 1: Manipulation, Drills & Mastery Day one is dedicated to building and perfecting the foundational mechanics of individual combat shooting. We will refine your core weapon handling skills and introduce dynamic drills to achieve mastery under pressure. Advanced Marksmanship Refinement: Precision engagement at speed with both carbine and pistol, focusing on rapid target acquisition, sight picture optimization, and advanced trigger control. Seamless Weapon Transitions: High-speed, intuitive transitions between carbine and pistol, ensuring fluid response to changing threats and scenarios. Aggressive Reloads & Malfunction Clearances: Practice and perfect combat and tactical reloads, along with immediate and remedial action drills for common weapon malfunctions under simulated stress. Dynamic Movement & Positional Shooting: Drills incorporating shooting on the move (forward, lateral, diagonal), transitioning between varied shooting positions (standing, kneeling, prone, unconventional), and effective use of cover and concealment as an individual. Individual Vehicle Dynamics: Introduction to safe firearm handling around and within vehicles, including ingress/egress, basic shooting positions from a vehicle, and utilizing the vehicle for cover. Day 2: Skill Application & Team Work Day two integrates the refined skills from Day 1 into complex, multi-person scenarios, emphasizing tactical application, communication, and teamwork under realistic conditions and increased stress. Team Tactics & Communication (2-4 Person): Learn and practice fundamental team movement formations, effective communication protocols, and tactical principles for operating as a small unit. Advanced Vehicle Operations (Team Focus): Apply team tactics in and around vehicles, including coordinated approaches, extractions, and engagements from multiple positions, emphasizing ballistic considerations.
