Service Description

This exercise simulates a real-world reconnaissance and interdiction mission against a hostile element known to be planning coordinated aggression against a homestead or strategic safe zone. Personnel will conduct a covert infill, observe and identify a high-value target (HVT), neutralize the threat from a distance, confirm the kill, retrieve sensitive materials, and execute a successful exfiltration.  This 18-hour course simulates a real-world tactical operation, focusing on infiltration, target engagement, and extraction. Students will progress through foundational firearms training, tactical maneuvers, and a culminating field exercise. They are responsible for planning their infiltration and extraction, packing their own supplies (e.g., ammo, water, food, gear), and applying learned skills in a realistic scenario across challenging terrain. Objectives: Master firearms handling and marksmanship at varying distances. Learn and apply tactics (patrolling, observation posts, flanking, sensitive site exploitation). Develop skills in positional shooting and recon-style engagement. Plan and execute a foot-based infiltration, target engagement at unknown distance, and extraction. Course Schedule Day 1: Foundation and Skill Building Flat Range - Firearms Drills Objective: Build proficiency in firearms handling and basic marksmanship. Activities: Introduction to close-quarters marksmanship (10-25 meters). Equipment: Rifle & Pistol, 200 rounds rifle & 100 rounds pistol of ammo per student, eye/ear protection Known Distance Range - Steel Target Engagement Objective: Engage targets at varying known distances to build accuracy and confidence. Equipment: Primary Rifle 150 rounds per student Positional Shooting Day 2: Advanced Tactics and Culminating Exercise Objective: Recon-style engagement. Activities: Recon engagement drills: low-profile movement, target identification, and engagement. Mission Planning and Preparation Objective: Plan infiltration, engagement, and extraction for the culminating exercise. Activities: Infiltrate 2-3 km across rugged terrain, engage a target at an unknown distance (100-500 meters), and extract. Develop a mission plan in small teams: Route selection Loadout planning (ammo, water, food, first aid, etc.). Culminating Exercise - Infiltration, Engagement, Extraction
