Service Description

This isn't your average pistol class. We'll push you to build true confidence in carrying your pistol, both mentally and physically, through dynamic, range-focused training. You'll work hard, applying your skills under pressure to ensure you're ready when it counts. We'll start by solidifying your marksmanship fundamentals and refining your presentation from concealment. From there, we'll quickly progress to movement while shooting, addressing flinch mitigation, and integrating elevated heart rate and stress drills to simulate real-world scenarios. We'll also cover essential open-hand skills to create the necessary distance and time to access your weapon safely. This course is designed to be highly active and engaging – no long lectures, just practical, hands-on work for your feet, hands, and mind. Gear Requirements: Serviceable Pistol with 3 magazines Inside the Waistband (IWB) or Outside the Waistband (OWB) holster (Shoulder holsters are NOT permitted) Eye Protection & Ear Protection (Electronic ear protection is highly recommended) 300 rounds of ammunition (maximum) T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, and Light Jacket to be used as cover garments, regardless of weather conditions. Minimum of 9 dummy rounds for your pistol. (You can purchase these online; we recommend basic dummy rounds over snap caps. Mark them with your initials. Dummy rounds are also available to rent on-site for a refundable $5 deposit per round.) Course Prerequisite: All attendees must be able to properly and safely draw from the concealment holster they plan to use in the course.
