This course, Small Team Tactics, provides foundational knowledge and practical skills for operating effectively within 2-4 person teams. Designed for small unit operations, this course emphasizes the core principles of teamwork, communication, and basic tactical maneuvers essential for success in dynamic environments. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and practical exercises, participants will learn how to enhance their situational awareness, coordinate movements, and execute fundamental tactical procedures as part of a cohesive small team. Key Learning Areas Include: Team Organization & Roles: Understanding individual responsibilities and how they contribute to overall team effectiveness. Communication Fundamentals: Mastering clear, concise, and timely communication techniques within a small team. Movement Techniques: Basic formations, cover and concealment, and movement under simulated contact. Threat Assessment & Reaction: Identifying potential threats and implementing immediate, coordinated responses.
