Building upon the foundational knowledge acquired in Level 1, Small Team Tactics Level 2 delves into more complex and dynamic scenarios for 2-4 person teams. This course focuses on refining established skills and introducing advanced tactical concepts crucial for operating effectively under increased pressure and in varied environments. Participants will engage in more intricate drills and decision-making exercises, enhancing their ability to adapt, improvise, and execute coordinated actions as a highly cohesive small unit. Key Learning Areas Include: Advanced Communication & Signaling: Implementing nuanced communication methods, including non-verbal cues and hand signals, for enhanced stealth and coordination. Complex Movement & Formations: Executing advanced tactical movements, such as bounding overwatch, deliberate clearings, and specialized entry techniques, for increased situational control. Reacting to Multiple Threats: Developing rapid and effective responses to multi-directional threats and unexpected encounters. Decision-Making Under Duress: Practicing quick and effective decision-making in high-stress, rapidly evolving tactical situations. Scenario-Based Operations: Applying learned techniques in realistic, complex simulations requiring problem-solving and adaptive team performance.
