By entering the Tactical Mastery Giveaway, you agree to comply with the following official rules and regulations. Please read carefully:

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• The contest is not open to employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of EVA Tactical Training or associated partners.

2. Contest Period

• Start Date: May 1, 2025

• End Date: August 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time).

• Winner Announcement: August 5, 2025.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the contest, participants must complete the entry form on the contest landing page, including submitting their full name, email address, and answering the contest questions.

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive one (1) free admission to the 2 Day Tactical Mastery Workshop happening on September 12–14, 2025. The total value of the prize is $1,500.

• The prize covers admission only. The winner will be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, and any other personal expenses.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

• The winner will be notified by email on August 5, 2025 and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Conditions

• Admission is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services.

• The winner must attend the 2 Day Tactical Mastery Workshop on the specified dates (September 12–14, 2025).

• The winner agrees to sign any required waivers and release forms prior to attending the workshop.

7. Liability & Responsibilities

• By entering this contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless EVA Tactical Training, its affiliates, and its employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur from participation in the contest or from the use of the prize.

• Winner is solely responsible for all taxes related to the prize, including income tax, if applicable.

8. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow EVA Tactical Training to use their name, likeness, and submitted responses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• EVA Tactical Training reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of these official rules.

• EVA Tactical Training reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at its discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or fraud.

10. Privacy

• Information provided will be used solely for the purposes of the contest and to communicate with the winner. By entering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from EVA Tactical Training unless they opt out.

11. Governing Law

• This contest is governed by the laws of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from this contest shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
